Network Monitoring Services

CPN's network monitoring and maintenance services will keep your network running at optimal levels. A certified network/system engineer will maintain and report on a monthly basis a written outline of all service preformed and any recomendations needed. Our network/system engineer will keep a eye on all of your network technology and equipment. Each scheduled maintenance, our technicians will use a checklist to ensure consistency and document all problems found, actions taken and general observations for later review with the client. Remote Services

On-site services can be provided in those cases where remote trouble shooting was not able to resolve the issues.
