| CPN offers an affordable service known as RSM (Remote Server Monitoring) which provides 7x24 automated remote monitoring of your Windows 2000 or 2003 servers. This service is tailored to companies who already have a level of on-site computer support but would like to have the benefit of a Microsoft Certified Professional technician review the operation of their server(s) and be available to assist with more complex computer configuration and troubleshooting issues. |
RSM Components
- Daily System Status Review - Each day, our automated server monitoring software will email a summary report of your system's activities to CPN. These reports will be reviewed every Monday through Friday and any abnormalities will be immediately brought to your attention.
- Weekly Reports - Each week, you will receive a summary report which will include all observations, problems resolved, outstanding problems and general recommendations.
- Monthly In-depth Remote Audit - Once per month, a Microsoft Certified Technician will remotely access your server and conduct a detailed audit. These sessions will allow the technician to drill down into more detail than may be provided in the daily status reports.
- Remote Troubleshooting - Should problems be discovered, you will be immediately notified and a technician will be assigned to remotely troubleshoot the problem.
- On-Site Troubleshooting - If a problem is discovered which cannot be resolved remotely, a technician will be dispatched for on-site support.
- Priority Emergency Service - Priority response to all emergency issues with guaranteed response times.

Available Packages
The CPN Remote Server Monitoring service is priced on a per server/ per month basis. Two packages are available:
- The RSM-Basic package provides automated monitoring and weekly reports only. Should problems be discovered, this package will require your authorization prior to any troubleshooting or problem remediation work.
- The RSM-PROactive package includes everything in the RSM-Basic package plus the monthly in-depth remote audit and a level of pre-authorized remote troubleshooting.
